We start offering shipping to Canada. The shipping to Canada is for flat $80 fee in addition to beach cruiser price. Please email us at customerservice@copacabanabikes.com with your name, delivery address and beach cruiser type you would like to order and we will email you exact instructions about how to proceed with your beach cruiser purchase.

We provide straight forward no suprise shipping policy to our beach cruisers.

If your beach cruiser is shipped within California, the shipping fee is flat $20.00 in addition to beach cruiser price.

If your beach cruiser is shipped to any other state within continental U.S. the shippinng fee is flat $40.00.

The actuall shipping fees are higher than flat fees we charge due to average beach cruisers weight. Therefore, we actually subsidize the shipping.

We do not ship overseas, to APO/FPO or other military addresses and also we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam or Puerto Rico due to high shipping charges.

 If you would like to arrange for overseas delivery, please visit http://www.shopusa.com which offers VERY low shipping to Europe from their hub in Virginia. We will simply ship to their hub and they can arrange for delivery to your home country.

Assembly

All bikes come unassembled in a box. Assembly instructions are provided with each bicycle. This bicycle is brand new and sold in the box. Bicycle comes about 80% assembled and takes about 15 minutes to assemble. You can assemble at home, we however recommend professional assembly. Your local bicycle should assemble the bicycle for around $15-$20.The assembly usually consists of mounting pedals, front wheel, handle bars and saddle. Please follow this link for instructions on assembly of Marley Abyssinia model.

Open box with care, sharp staples hurt.

 

Unpack bicycle leaving cardboard underneath wheels to avoid scratching beach cruiser.

Carefully cut all plastic ties with scissors.

Stand up beach cruiser with rear stand in vertical position.

Unscrew nuts and washer from both sides of front wheel, insert front wheel into front fork axle.

Apply washer to front axle and then firmly screw on lug nut.

Open small brown box, check letters L and R on the bottom of pedals. Pedal with R goes on the right side, pedal with L goes on left side from the driver’s perspective. Screw on tight.

Remove saddle from plastic wrapping. Insert smaller end of tube found in the brown box into saddle, tight screws on either side of the saddle.

Open plastic bag containing reflectors; faster the black reflector housing on the tube connected to the saddle, adjust with with screw driver.

Insert tube with seat into bike body, creating saddle.

Screw rear reflector under seat with supplied nuts and bolts.

Tighten screw on right side under seat preventing seat from rotating. Move left hand metal strip backwards to tighten seat.

Insert handle bars into top front fork housing.

Tighten handle bars with L shaped hex wrench. Adjust handle bars to your personal optimal angle.

Screw the front reflector on the front of beach cruiser.

Remove all plastic protective wrappings from the body of beach cruiser.
